According to a recent report by Pnet, demand for AI skills has surged by 352% since 2019, with a 77% increase observed between the first halves of 2024 and 2025. This growth is not limited to specialist roles; traditional positions are also evolving to require AI proficiency.
Specialist roles such as AI software developers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers remain in high demand.
