Water and Sanitation Minister Pemmy Majodina has admitted that millions in public funds have been wasted on unfinished water projects while millions of South Africans continue to go without clean running water. With water cuts gripping cities and rural areas alike, Deputy Minister David Mahlabo joins Phemelo to explain how government plans to fix the crisis.
