Saving the Baby Savers: Episode 2 : "Government's argument is disingenuous"

With baby abandonment showing no sign of slowing in Gauteng, the High Court is being asked to give a lifeline to Door of Hope – an organisation that’s been caring for vulnerable infants for more than two decades.

The Department of Social Development wants to revoke its registration because it continues to use "Baby Savers" – stainless steel boxes built into walls where mothers can safely relinquish unwanted infants.
