Inside Putnam County Show with Randy Porter, Putnam County Mayor. Special guest is Feed America First Executive Director, Mike Womack. We discuss food insecurity and how Feed America First is supplying millions of pounds of food to over 125 pantries across our region, reaching over 40,000 families every month. Celebrating its 25 year anniversary, the non-profit operates on donations and every $1 donated can provide 15 meals.
Special guest is Chris Peterson with the U.C. National Wild Turkey Federation which is sponsoring "Jake's Day" at the Mustard Seed Ranch on Saturday, August 16, 2025. A great day where kids get to explore the outdoors with fun events like Archery, BBgun range, Paintball, petting zoo, fishing pond, dunking booth, bounce houses and much more. The event is completely free, August 16th, 8:30am-1:30pm at 4725 Kuykendall Rd in Cookeville.
