SCOPA concerned about ‘critical state’ of RAF

Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA) has raised concerns about the critical state of the Road Accident Fund (RAF), following the fund’s Chief Executive Officer Collins Letsoalo being placed on special leave. This as the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) continues its investigations into alleged tender irregularities, duplicate claims and payments made to attorneys and claimants.
