She discusses SPARK’s use of technology, as well as their innovative approach to scheduling, real estate, and teacher professional development. Stacey also shares some personal stories about how SPARK evolved from her MBA thesis and pays tribute to some of the people who have helped her along the journey.

She has won a range of awards including South African Innovator of the Year and the Elle Boss Award for leading female entrepreneurs in South Africa. She is also an Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow.
