The former chair of the Treasury Select Committee, Nicky Morgan, gave her views on the FCA’s consumer duty regulation, which is due to be rolled out in the Summer.

This was after city minister Andrew Griffith attacked the rules, suggesting they could harm the competitiveness of UK financial services, and lead to an uptick in lawsuits.
