Missing toddler’s mom received R75k after reporting his kidnapping

A shocking revelation surfaced during the continuation of Keneilwe Shalaba’s bail application. The Investigating Officer probing the multiple charges the 33-year-old is facing including the kidnapping of two-year-old Kutlwano Shalaba, revealed that she allegedly received R75 000 moments after reporting her son had been kidnapped. Keneilwe is facing charges of human trafficking, conspiracy to commit an offense, and making a false statement to the police. During the dramatic proceedings at Vanderbijlpark Magistrate’s Court, Sergeant George Motloung said Keneilwe acknowledged the funds. Phemelo speaks to Kaya News Reporter, Karinda Jagmohan.
