Members from both sides of the political aisle are applauding a new bill that just passed unanimously in the House of Commons. Frank Caputo, Member of Parliament for Kamloops-Thompson-Caribou and graduate from the University of Saskatchewan School of Law, wrote Bill C-291, which seeks to change wording in the Criminal Code from "child pornography" to "child sexual abuse and exploitation material." He joins Evan to discuss the bill.
