In this episode of the Advice Show podcast, reporter Laura Purkess speaks to Charlotte Wood, director of Rosewood Financial Planning, about her work to help make the financial planning profession more inclusive for women.

From launching a Facebook Group and growing it to over 800 members, to planning an all-female conference, Wood is on a mission to make her mark on the profession's relative lack of diversity.

She talks about what drove her to write about her concerns, and how she felt about the response to them, as well as what she learned from the experience.
