Evan Pienaar has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious Hot Cares & Guvon Chefs Bursary!

Evan's passion for cooking, which he sees as a beautiful form of self-expression and connection, has earned him a fully-funded 3-year qualification at the esteemed Guvon Academy, starting on 09 July 2024.
This bursary, valued at R350,000, covers tuition fees, textbooks, a knife set, chef uniform, and international awards from Highfield Qualifications (UK).

Evan’s culinary journey began at a young age, and his dedication and resilience have shone through, making him the perfect candidate. We are excited to support his growth and success in the culinary arts, and we can't wait to see the incredible dishes he will create!
