Teachers have instituted work-to-rule sanctions once again while they remain at an impasse with the province on negotiating a new contract. Michael Zwaagstra is a senior fellow with the Fraser Institute, a public high school teacher and an education policy researcher. He joins Evan to discuss gaps in education for Indigenous students and the ongoing negotiations between teachers and the province.
