Talks between teachers and the province have broken down once again at the bargaining table. The Government of Saskatchewan is ready to go to binding arbitration to get a deal done. However, Saskatchewan teachers aren't keen to move into binding arbitration anymore. Saskatchewan Teachers Federation president, Samantha Becotte, joins Evan to explain why.
