Cilliers Brink said the DBSA had been appointed as the implementing agent, and the contractor was appointed in September. “The site certificate has been issued [also in September], the site has been cleared [the work started in March], sediment basins are also cleared, and we are still building a fence to secure the area. We are basically ready to roll,” said Brink.
