‘I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.’

The truth of the matter is that God loves and cares for you.
The Lord will never abandon, forsake, or drop those who love Him.
His faithfulness extends throughout the duration of our lives.
And He wants to reassure you that He will even take care of your children.

Prayer: Lord, thank You that I can look forward to Your lifelong faithfulness towards me. You have brought me this far and You will be with me all the way, and so I can confidently say: ‘The Lord is my helper!’

Amen.
