Rishika, a devoted mother and primary caregiver to her non-verbal, autistic daughter Sienna, urgently needs support. A recent car accident has left her with a brain injury requiring surgery. The family are in desperate need of assistance with a caregiver for Sienna as well as emotional support after the traumatic events.
