Later this morning, the ANC will begin its two-level court battle against Umkhonto we Sizwe Party. The ruling party is challenging the registration of the Jacob Zuma-led MK Party by the IEC, in the first seating. Then next week, they are also taking them on in relation to Umkhonto we Sizwe trademark. Mpumelelo Zikalala, Legal Expert, joined Phemelo Motene to preview this case last night.
