Statistics Canada says the decision by our provincial government to remove the carbon tax from home heating helped drop Saskatchewan's inflation rate to 1.9% in January. Crown Investments Minister Dustin Duncan says this data is a clear indication that in order to reduce the cost of living for families across the country, the federal government needs to scrap the carbon tax.
