Donovan’s heart only pumps at a 14% capacity and he must spend most of the day having to lie down and keep his mobility and movement to a bare minimum. Donovan is only 32 years old, and his current life expectancy is 5 years! To expand his life expectancy and until such time that a suitable heart may become available, he will need to be fitted with a cardiac resynchronisation therapy defibrillator (CRT-D).

All Donovan wants is a chance to live, support his family and have a future. This is how Hot Cares is getting involved.
