This past weekend, outgoing FirstRand chair Roger Jardine launched his new political movement called Change Starts Now. The ANC commented on him being planted to destabilise the party. Another story relating to ANC from this weekend, was the confusion around EFF supporters being converted by the ANC. Sizwe Dhlomo and Sol Phenduka discussed the notion that the ANC doesn’t know how to be a governing party, they only know how to be an opposition party. Is electioneering more about stunts than action? Or does action speak louder than the words?
