Some support for Hope's Mum this Hot Cares Christmas 🎄

A mother who looks after her severely disabled daughter 24 hours a day is getting some support this Christmas thanks to HOT1027 listeners and Silverstar pays it forward.

Sarah’s daughter Hope was diagnosed with meningitis and cerebral palsy when she was just a few months old.

Without a wheelchair, Sarah has had to carry her 17 year old daughter everywhere she goes.
