Well done on finishing Amashova, Carmen

Well, there you have it, after a week of training and stress, Carmen Reddy completed Amashova this past weekend. If you remember, the entire East Coast Breakfast team took a week to prepare for the event. When Carmen was challenged to take part in the Amashova Durban Classic cycle race, she knew it would be a tough task, but she was determined to give it her all.

Darren Maule and Sky Tshabalala stepped up to help her learn how to ride a bike, and they were confident that she would be able to master the skill in no time.

In the end, she went on a tandem with Craig Proctor Parker, who is a friend of her instructor Greg.
