You and I are encouraged to be strong and to stand firm.
Life tries to throw its destabilising challenges at us.
But we are not alone, the Lord is with us and therefore we can stand firm.
In the face of the storms of life, be strong and of good courage.

Let's Pray...
Lord, I pray that You will come and strengthen me so that I can stand firm and secure in the knowledge that You are with me and that I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.

Amen.
