‘The LORD is my Strength and my Shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.’

The strength that you need is only found in the Lord your God.
His strength can flow through you like life flows through a vine.
His strength enables you to stand strong and this is your protection.
So tell your heart to trust in Him, He will help you.

Let's Pray...
Lord, thank You for the strength that You provide for me. I don’t want to do things in my own strength but I want to live a life that is empowered by Your strength flowing through me. My heart will trust in You, at all times and in every situation.
