A team of eight search and rescue operatives from South Africa under the IPSS Search and Rescue banner are currently en route to Libya to assist in the recovery efforts following the catastrophic floods that have created total havoc in the region. Samantha Meyrick,, a director of IPSS Medical Rescue gives us the details.
