The widespread looting and plundering in KZN since Friday night is hitting global headlines. Among the worst hit areas is Mooi River, site of the busiest toll road on South Africa's arterial N3 highway between one of the continent's most active ports, Durban, and SA's commercial heartland of Gauteng.
