With uncertainty in equity markets, rising interest rates and inflation, investors are looking to diversify their portfolios. Wealth Migrate’s Scott Picken and Riaan van der Vyfer, and their US partner Judd Dunning, who is the president of DWG Capital Partners, believe that investing in industrial property is a good hedge against the economic cycle.
