The Presidency has announced its intention to not release the findings of an independent panel into allegations the country loaded arms and ammunition onto a Russian vessel.
The DA is set to challenge this decision in pursuit of transparency in the government. Mpho Mashita and Complexion are joined by Victor Mavidula from the Human Rights Commission of South Africa to talk about the right to information and is there a need for government to sometimes conceal some things in order to protect the state especially involved state security.
