There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel in terms of the future of load-shedding. Government has given a timeline of 12 to 18 months to bring the power crisis to an end while Eskom Chair Mpho Mkwana suggests 2 to 3 years with permanent stage two or three of load shedding in place and Eskom CEO, Andre De Ruyter says "it's all too unpredictable." Will load shedding get worse before it gets better? To find out, Business Day TV spoke to energy analyst, Ted Blom for his views.
