Goitseona Diale, popularly known as ‘Goitse’, was born and raised in Rustenburg. Attended high school at Lebone II College of the Royal Bafokeng. Goitse has always had a keen passion in aviation which began in his early teenage years. Fly Urefu’s inception was inspired by the need to create a modern digital product that centralizes private aviation flying and provide
accessibility to the private aviation market., founder Goitseona Diale discovered that many clients had little to no knowledge about private
aviation services and how they can optimize their off-site traveling, and expand their business network by being connected in a non-networked flying structure. Our founder Goitseona Diale is a private pilot license holder with over 400 hours and extensive experience in Flight Training Operations (Part 141), Airline Flight Operations (Part121) and Commercial,Non-Schedule aircraft operations (Part 135). Understanding the market dynamics and the complex aviation
industry was easy for Goitseona,as he also services on the Aero Club of South Africa Council, which are the custodians of general aviation (Small to medium aircraft) in South Africa. With a keen interest in technology startups that have shaped our modern world, our founder Cc saw the need and gap in the aviation market against global giants like
VistaJet and Wheels Up. After working for a Johannesburg based Air Charter Company as Flight Operations Coordinator and pilot, Goitse
was exposed to the potential opportunities in the market and areas that lack innovation, and that is how Fly Urefu was born
