He is now banned from transactions with UK individuals and businesses and Chelsea has been given special licence to continue to operate; only existing ticket holders can attend games. A lot is happening - all this because Abramovich is believed to be a Russian oligarch. Sky Tshabalala respects the man and how tactfully he's managed to create one of the world's best teams.
