Owner Katerina Bollo is explaining how Bologna is the source of the golden tortellini now perfected at the Joburg Italian foodie institution. This morning she plucked four zucchini flowers from her rooftop vegetable garden and is about to present them to us a starter before we dig into her famous homemade pasta.
