MUT faculty of Management Science held a talk about mandatory vaccination at the workplace. Topic discussed was "No Jab, No Job."

Imraan Mohammed, Director of Employment Law practices, was invited to explain the rights of employers and employees regarding mandatory vaccinations.

Cyril Ramaphosa indicated at first that there would be no compulsory vaccinations; however, ever since the issue of vaccination came to light, Cyril Ramaphosa has hinted that mandatory shots are possible.

According to Mohammed, South Africa does not currently have a constitution that mandates vaccinations.
