#InternationalMensDay: Toxic masculinity, societal expectations and norms

Loading player...
Toxic masculinity, societal expectations and norms have made human beings believe that men aren't allowed to acknowledge their deeper feelings, that they aren't allowed to express their more feminine side, that there are certain expectations set for them as men, and the list goes on.

These types of pressures can have a serious and lasting effect on anyone's mental health, whether you are a man or a woman.

Today, in honour of #InternationalMensDay, J Sbu opened up about how he was truly feeling mentally in a conversation with Stacey as they also discussed accountability in social settings, J Sbu's relationship with his father and his son, as well as diving deep into the topic of men's allyship to women.
