People of Note - Niel Rademan

Rodney Trudgeon’s guest on People of Note this week is the highly acclaimed South African singer Niel Rademan who covers genres from folksong to opera. He is also a dynamic theatre producer and his annual festival called Hessequa Harmonie has gone for from strength to strength in the beautiful setting of Heidelberg. This year’s festival, which is almost fully booked already, runs from the 21st to the 25th of September. Niel talks about his incredible enthusiasm for this festival as well as the wide variety of artists whom he manages to attract to the festival each year.
