Hey Bad Moms Club,

My husband and I are unemployed and living with his parents at the moment. We have a 2-year-old son and I seem to have lost the right to discipline him as I’m always overpowered by my in-laws. They let my son get away with everything and when I scold him, they tell me to relax as he is only a child. They keep telling me they know best, but I can see my son becoming more and more unruly. We cannot move out as we have no money, but I need to regain control of my child again. It feels like he belongs to my in-laws. Please help me Bad Moms Club!
